  1. Choose the department to which this payment is directed.
  2. Optionally enter a business name, invoice number or brief descriptive word (eg: "Patsy's Patties").
    You will be providing your formal billing identity on the following screen.
  3. Click the large button.
  4. On the next screen, specify the total payment amount you are paying in "Item Price" then click "Update".
  5. Follow the prompts.

    Note that a PayPal Account is not necessary. To pay by VISA or Mastercard, choose "Don't have a PayPal account" on the next screen.
