To qualify for vendor status, the vendor must agree to obtain Operator’s Liability Insurance, as well as other licensing and health compliance as applicable (if serving food).

  • Please complete the application section, pages 5-6.
  • Please send to Victor, our On-Site Vendor Coordinator, using the contact info on page 10.
