Food & Beverage Concessions
Caribbean Days attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year, and during the Festival is home to an array of delicious food and drink.
Of course this includes the flavours of the Caribbean, with famous foods from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados and other tropical locations.
However, there’s a wide range of food for all ages including children, and all palates from tame to adventurous.

For vendors who can serve food to a large crowd, Caribbean Days is a lucrative opportunity. If you’ve never joined us before or just starting out, this is an amazing chance to introduce your food services to an engaged and diverse audience.
To qualify for vendor status in this category, the supply and/or sale of goods must be from within a fully self-contained unit licensed for that purpose. Please submit both a Vendor Application and a Temporary Food Services Permit Application. Space is made available on a first come first served basis.
